Leadership Team

Malik has spent over 15 years developing cutting-edge engineering concepts and products. Malik received the Archimedes Award for the HERO design, for which he also received a patent. Malik has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MS from Johns Hopkins University.

Rob is an entrepreneur and engineer with a passion for serving those who serve others. His career has been spent leading both small and large organizations. Rob has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Ali has 20 years of experience as an electrical engineer specializing in developing complex systems. Ali holds a BS and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University.

Orrin served for over 30 years in the Hampton, VA, police department before his appointment as the Deputy Chief of Police (retired). He is a veteran of the US Navy and earned his BS in Criminal Justice and an MBA/MPA from the University of Phoenix.
